Since Intenso does not build hard disks, but only offers disks from other manufacturers in own enclosures for connection to USB, the light does not have much to say. You only know that the controller gets power in the housing – more but not.

Whether the plate actually arrives and the operating system is then also available is not said for a long time. It is enough if the USB controller is defective and the computer does not receive any information about the disk operated behind it.

Not more than 90-95%. You have 5% chance that the adapter has something but the plate goes. Otherwise you have to do it with another problem where you have to trade the board first.

But you also need to transfer the ROM chip. So you need a hot-air soldering station and appropriate training as well as a matching replacement board. This alone will cost you 100-150 EUR and then you don’t know if it works and even if it works you don’t know if there’s any further damage – for example the head or a stuck motor…

What do you want to achieve? Use the disk or access the data?
