Ich hatte einen Handyvertrag vor einigen Monaten gekündigt, hatte eine Kündigungsbestätigung bekommen. Diese SIM Karte existiert schon lange nicht mehr. Seitdem werden mir trotzdem ständig Mahnungen geschickt und Briefe von Anwälten. Neulich bekam ich einen Brief dass der Anbieter mir den Vertrag kündigt und verlangt 2100€ von mir. Ist das Rechtens?
