I had one thing I was nine, and from the age one can have one because then everyone gets one so slow. Sometimes even earlier.

I find all IPhones good from the 11th, the others are already a little older and get no more ALL updates (only security).

I had my first cell phone with 10 because so with ca. 10 years you get to the secondary school and then I went to a gymnasium that is a little further away by car so 30 min and by bus 45 min and so my parents thought it was useful that I had a phone for the emergency.

Before the primary school we walked around with a clock that can call. Why? Since at our primary school children were sometimes addressed by strangers and sometimes drones have flew after us.

I had a phone very early. Believe it was for training or even earlier. I can’t remember that.

With me, my parents could also be sure that I handled it responsibly. I already had a lot of dealing with technology before the phone because my parents thought it would be important in my future.

Ironically, they were right. Today I work in IT.

Well, but that was a stoneboard Nokia.

I would probably allow my child so early, but strongly restricted. I would limit the apps to calls, calendars, school apps and browsers. I would restrict the Internet on Wikipedia and the school system.

With age restrictions can then gradually fall away.

If it is durable and the battery can be changed without great effort.

I had my first one with about 18 years.

I’m so forgetful that I really can’t remember when I got one, but it should have been in the third grade.

My kids got their first phones with 7 or 8 years… easy to call and call.

I had my first about 14. more was not possible because there were no one yet. got one because then I went to a school that was a bit further away so that I might. can call home (bus missed etc).

but this was also n handy, not a smartphone. so more than sms and phone didn’t go there.

I think with so nem handy you can bring kids well today. would start with about 9 or 10 with nem handy and then switch to smartphone with 13 or 14.

but I don’t have any children yet…. maybe the setting will change

with mine you could even hear radio, create ringtones or hit a nail in the wall! Do not forget to send the ringtones to others via the infrared port …

Yeah, radio came later. I believe that my nokias then so with the 200s. I also often used and found a pity as this fm module (?) was no longer in the devices.

With 7 and I find the iPhone 13 very good. Mobile phones are always good
