Hello, my phone's display is broken, and the glass is also broken. My phone still works, but it keeps flickering green. I have an iPhone 12. How much would a phone repair like this cost for an iPhone 12? I'm just afraid to touch my phone's battery because I think it heats up so quickly because the phone's display is broken, so I'm assuming that's why it heats up, but it still works.

In other repair shops one has to count on fake parts in low quality.
it is therefore worth to do as good as never to make a repair. Sell it on eBay and get another one there. For the saved costs, you can buy a much better iPhone.
The iPhone cannot simply overheat, it is installed everywhere thermometers, it would turn off immediately if it would become too hot. It is completely normal that it gets warm when charging, so the display does not break.

yes, if nothing else is broken then 339€, while on eBay a working iPhone 12 costs about 250€.
For such a repair (touchscreen exchange) I take 100€. But with broken phone from anger 200€. We live about 3000Km away from each other.

They don’t take 200€ on a broken phone from anger, the price is still the same! I just broke the front. There they can’t take the double, they already have to make the price, where you say, with a broken phone it costs so much and not yet the justification and not even a few extra costs to it and price increases to it, but with the justification it was with intention out of rage. The cause of the broken cell phone doesn’t care if the look the cell phone is broken, then it’s broken at any cause it costs the same price because the cell phone isn’t different when it’s broken.
These are MY prices, because I repair smartphones. Cell phones destroyed by violence are often more complicated to repair. Therefore I demand 200€. Well, actually 800₪ and for normally broken touchscreens 400₪.
And I don’t even have to register my business as long as I earn no more than 4000₪ net as a pensioner in the month. Earlier in Germany, I needed a commercial license for every Furz. Now I live in Israel. Better laws for me.
Yes, with us in Israel this is legal to demand more money for expensive repairs.
We live in a country where we are really good, but the system is always a lot of bureaucracy…. But I don’t know if it’s just about bureaucracy, in the other European countries and in the other countries, in the Asian countries, etc… have people believe it much easier and I wonder why? Actually, we should have lives much easier in Germany, but I wonder why this is not so. Too bad.
