Commercial specialist: chances of an office job without customer contact?

Hello dear users,

I'm currently in the process of becoming a commercial specialist after completing my retail training. I'm currently working directly in sales, which means I'm always in contact with customers. I'm just realizing that the constant contact isn't good for me, and I'd rather have a job where I can perform my tasks independently, without constant customer contact.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to which direction I could go?
