Hände Blau?
Heute als ich in der Schule war, war Pause. In der Pause hatte ich keine Jacke an, weil es warm in der Sonne war. Es war trotzdem ein bisschen Kalt. Als die Pause zu ende war und ich reingegangen bin, ist mir aufgefallen, dass meine Hände sehr Blau waren. Meine Hände waren kalt und es war wirklich sehr sehr dunkel Blau/Lila. Wenn ich draufgedrückt habe auf die Haut, war es kurz weiß, also man hat die natur Farbe gesehen. Es tat zwar nicht weh, habe mich aber trotzdem gefragt warum? Weiß jemand was das, warum es Auftritt und ob ich mir sorgen machen muss?

Bad blood circulation. At cold, your body prefers to draw the blood back into vital organs, so hands and feet can get cold. As long as your hands were not deaf, it is still appropriate.
Gloves or hands rub together can help.
It’s like swimming after that. All blue so lips hands feet….but after a while everything is good. It’s not that bad for some people. Shouldn’t freeze too long.
I also have that, in strong expression it can actually become dangerous.
Calls Raynaud’s syndrome. Those affected should protect their hands accordingly. In some cases, it is tingling or stinging relatively strongly.
If it’s unusually often/strong, you might need to check it out at the home doctor.
