Hello,

short notice – it is always about the actual size of the baggage item… not about the maximum indication lt. Manufacturer.

So if we talk about a rigid suitcase, you’re definitely about the measure. If it’s a bigger backpack, you can often press that it keeps the 55 cm.

If controlled, this is done with a metal frame which has the corresponding dimensions – the piece of luggage must then fit in there.

If your baggage is definitely too large, the rough rule of thumb – the cheaper the airline, the less cunning one is. At LH, I think it is rather unlikely to make a problem of this, if the plane is not rugged and all the big hand luggage has. You’re safe when you book it as a job baggage.

There’s nothing to ask about! The rules are well known, but the question is whether and how strict they are implemented. What is the result of your research?

Depends on whether it is noticeable.

If nobody sees anything happens.

If you have a bag, that would be better than a cabin trolli than you can do if the measurements are over. They don’t measure with tape, they have these boxes in which you can put them.
