Hand breaks from amphetamine?

Jo, I've been taking Pep and various other substances regularly for years, but for the last few weeks I've been getting new Pep which is extremely strong and since then I've had a large red spot on my left hand near the joint of my ring finger. It doesn't hurt or itch, but the skin collapses and if you press on it it stays that way. An hour ago the skin started to fall off there, but that's only on the ring finger of my left hand. Does anyone know what this could be, should I be worried or will it go away?

Thanks

You should go to the doctor right away.

There are many different possibilities starting from a strong narrowing of the blood vessels (vasocunstruction), especially in the pheripheral (finguer and zehen), which in the most extreme case can lead to death. It could also be necrosis or an infection as amphetamine in high doses weakens the immune system.

In any case, you should stop your consumption immediately if this is not possible at least to reduce and wash your speed, thereby it contains significantly less caffeine and other stretching substances that can lead to such a combination.

That sounds strange. No one can know whether there is a connection to your substance use. Not impossible because there’s a lot of dirt in Pep and other illegal drugs. Apart from the active substance itself, which can also harm. See Drugchecking.

It’s best to let you explain it medically. Thanks to the obligation to remain silent, you can easily report about your substance use.

Good luck!
