Do EcoBoost engines last less long?

Hey, what's the mileage of EcoBoost engines? I'd like to buy a Ford Mustang EcoBoost in the near future, but I read online that EcoBoost engines only run for 90,000 km without problems.
Is that correct?

Thanks

The 2,3l in the Mustang has a control chain and no toothed belt in the oil, so the reason for the lack of durability here is eliminated.

With appropriate care and treatment, the Ecoboost in Mustang lasts quite long and, of course, longer than the 90.000 km mentioned.

He has no problems with the cylinder head as well as in the Focus RS and no oil-running toothed belts.

What you need to do is comment on the motorization in Mustang. For me there was also a V8 duty, and I don’t regret it if you take an Ecoboost for your reasons, you will still be greeted by other Mustangs and US cars on the street. 😉

Keep EcoBoost engines less long?

I had a conversation yesterday with a motor vehicle – mechanic of a free workshop. This told me that they would no longer accept vehicles with the early models of the Ford 1.0 Eco Boost due to their mass. In these, the toothed belt which is stored in the oil can dissolve. Although this fault image does not affect the largest four-cylinder Eco Boost thanks to the control chain, it has other problems such as a susceptible cylinder head seal. Especially in Mustang, I would buy the classic, the fantastic V8 sucker in the GT anyway. He doesn’t just sound beautiful, he’s holding.
