51 is the calendar week and 03 of the day. So week 51 , day 3. They were harvested and packed. A couple of days to stay

Champignons… a few days. Look at the packaging. There should be an MHD on it or at least one package date

a couple of days already go, but I usually never raise them for more than 3 days, after 3 days, most of them will be a little tasty and then I don’t eat them anymore

Until they get bad.

Fortunately, there is no MHD on fresh fruit, otherwise more good food would land in the garbage!

Fresh fruit and vegetables have no shelf life data. You have to remember that when they’re not okay.
