Shelf life of Serrano ham?
How long does an opened package of Serrano ham from the supermarket last? The ingredients on the package state that it contains preservatives and various salts. So, surely you can safely store it for at least 3-4 days?

Clear, also months, with dry, cooler storage.
If strange smells or looks (except salt layer which can form) this meat is theoretically very long lasting
