Hello,

What are the causes?

You could have a sensitive or allergy to it, although most coconut oil is well tolerated. If the oil is kept in the mouth for too long, it can come into the throat and if it is sensitive, an allergic reaction can also arise. It can also irritate the throat area, which then leads to a sore throat.

What could you do?

End the application temporarily to find out if it really is coconut oil. You could also take a smaller amount or shorten time. If you still have complaints, you could also make an allergy test.

It is unlikely that coconut oil directly causes throat pain, but there are some possible explanations:

1. Sensitivity or allergic reaction: You could react sensitively to coconut oil or one of its ingredients, which leads to throat pain. Although coconut oil is considered to be mild, some people can react allergic to it.

Two. Mouth flushing (oiling): If you keep the coconut oil in the mouth and do not rinse it regularly, this can irritate the mucous membranes in the neck. Even if the oil has antibacterial properties, long-lasting contact with the oil could possibly lead to irritation.

3. Impurities: If coconut oil is not high-quality or not well stored, impurities or chances could lead to irritation in the neck.

If you continue to have a sore throat, it would be advisable to take a break with oil pulling and observe the symptoms. In case of persistent complaints or stronger allergic reactions, it would be useful to consult a doctor.

If you try to keep something in your mouth for ten minutes, you don’t have to wonder about a sore throat.

Don’t bring anything.

Become the teeth through coconut oil whiter

In short, no. In any case, not in a way scientifically proven
