Hallux valgus what to do?

Someone told me that I might have a problem with a hallux valgus toe (just the left one), because sometimes it hurts and sometimes not. Perhaps I'm also predisposed to it growing crooked. But I'll check first to see if it's gout, as it runs in the family. What else can I do? Should I go to an orthopedist and get a splint to wear at night so it doesn't become crooked and I don't have extreme pain when I get older? If I'm already having problems now in my early 30s, will I have even more problems with bones, arthritis, or whatever when I'm 50?

First of all, explain whether it is at all this malposition or does not have entirely other causes, e.g. also an unperceived swelling. Even if Hallux valgus can be painful if you can see as well as no oversized bales, the big toe has always come out of the natural position. However, without significant baling, this sometimes does not occur at all.

As long as you don’t know what you have, you can’t do anything about it!

Imagine you have nothing and would do something about it 🙂

The gear to the orthopedic would be recommended in any case.
