Hi guys, when you cook Bolognese in the Thermomix, do you have to fry the minced meat first or can you just throw it into the Thermomix?

What is different about microwave fries than regular oven or deep fryer fries that makes them crispy in the microwave?
There are 2 variants: You can let the TM take it, or you’ll burn it before. You have to try what you like better.
