Excluding nothing but overweight is not healthy and burdening the body more so you tend not to be as old as “normal”. You can try to taste or at least keep you fit through movement and balanced nutrition.

No. With the overweight you can be happy when you crack the 70. From 30 at the latest, you can expect not to run pain-free anymore.

It’ll be unlikely and you know that.

So he can also crack the 73

You can already be happy if you make it up to retirement age… you can even be happy to bring it over 60.

Everyone wants to be old, nobody wants to be old.

And no, very unlikely.

Very urgently decrease and pay attention to a healthy lifestyle. Otherwise you should put aside money for tools/care

The best way to work on reducing the overweight increases the chance of a long life enormously.

Furthermore, the question “can” anyway is wrong. If the chance you can do this is one to 100 billion, you would have to answer “yes” even if there was not a case in all human history where that was true.

Not if you don’t drastically reduce your weight.

If the story is true (“Member since yesterday“), try to become 34.

The only 300kg-person in my place is just about misfortune.

I’ve already answered that, but I’ve been deleted. If that is true (what I do not believe) he will not be 30.
