It’s a kid. The aloe vera forms the one to multiply unabated. It is a complete but still small and weak plant. In sand-containing earth or for need in pure sand it is better accommodated than in water because it tends to form mold in the water. Planting, pour well, transparent plastic bags (freezer bags or so) over it, brighten, but do not keep wet. In the plastic bag, you just have to stab so many holes that it is slightly swept inside, but the condensation water does not flow.

On the lower picture it can be seen that it is a “complete plant” … you can root it… then you have another growth-faehigf plant
