As a rule, I always do it when I cook for two (previously normal) or only for me (from January normal case). You don’t necessarily have to halve (or quarterly, depending on the scale), but stick to the reduced requirements, all the more to feel, you get out soon.

Yes, of course.

In some cases the cooking/baking time is shortened.

When baking it is a bit more difficult with very small amounts.

Cooking really doesn’t matter as long as it’s not a big roast…

As a rule, if the mixing ratio still fits. Just as you can easily double recipes, triple or even quadruple.
