Hallo,
mich habe eine Frage.
Also ich habe einen Audi A3, der mit Benzin und Gas funktioniert. Irgendwann ist das Auto nicht mehr mit dem Gas gelaufen. Als ich es zu einer Werkstatt gebracht habe, haben sie irgendwas gemacht und das Auto funktioniert nicht mehr. Jetzt kann ich das Auto von da nicht mehr nach Hause fahren und es steht da.
Was kann ich oder was soll ich denn machen. Sie wolle mir kein Ersatz zahlen und behaupten das Auto sei kaputt angekommen.
