It depends on the environmental conditions, but usually oat flakes should still be fine after 3.5 hours uncooled. However, make sure to smell them well before eating and to check if there are signs of spoilage.

In the case of room temperature maybe even 2 days.

In articles about “heating food” is that cooked food max. 2 hours should remain at room temperature, then they must be in the lower refrigerator compartment. For warming it must be at least. heated to > 70° C. for 2 minutes. You can read it yourself. With the search words “warming up food” became futile.

Sure. Three hours are not a problem. There’s nothing wrong with that fast.
