is it still possible?

I've heard it's a trend, and it's unhealthy, too. Why?

Hello, I picked up some fresh white bread from the bakery yesterday, which always comes in plastic packaging. I ate it for breakfast and just now noticed that there's a hole (not a small one) in it. Of course, I didn't look at the packaging beforehand or check if there's anything wrong with it. And…
I definitely want to try them!
It depends on the environmental conditions, but usually oat flakes should still be fine after 3.5 hours uncooled. However, make sure to smell them well before eating and to check if there are signs of spoilage.
As long as you’ve made the oat flakes with water, it shouldn’t be a problem.
In the refrigerator, the
hold a lot longer
In the case of room temperature maybe even 2 days.

In articles about “heating food” is that cooked food max. 2 hours should remain at room temperature, then they must be in the lower refrigerator compartment. For warming it must be at least. heated to > 70° C. for 2 minutes. You can read it yourself. With the search words “warming up food” became futile.
Nothing happened.
Sure. Three hours are not a problem. There’s nothing wrong with that fast.
