Hi,
I wanted to install Hackintosh on my laptop today. CPU: I5 10210U. After I selected "Install MacOS" in the boot menu, it loaded normally for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then simply rebooted, and then the same thing happens every time. Can anyone help me, please.

I didn't have this issue with Hackintosh, but it seems to be a driver issue. It's a BIOS protection mode.
Find out more about the components and talk to the operating system provider that offers Hackintosh systems. Perhaps you can help others as well.
Did you create your EFI yourself following the guide here? https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/
If not, please do that. It takes a while, but it will most likely solve your problem.
If you have used this guide: Try to delete your NVRam, disable secure boot or enable verbose logging in the bootargs with "-v" so you can see potential error messages
