I would still eat it, my companion would even eat it raw on the bread 🤷 ♀️

In order to catch up with this, something would have to be hugely “faul.”

Drop water and it’s good.

Even if meat has become gray, it does not mean that it is bad, but only that the oxidation process is in progress.

If they weren’t working under a protective atmosphere during packaging, the meat would be gray on the following day.

Yeah, you can eat.

pour the liquid and dry the meat from the bottom with kitchen paper.

chop meat is sprayed with up to 10% water. this is first bound by the collage protein. it’s normal that it’ll settle down later.

the advantage is now that it no longer shrinks so strongly when it is heated.

Yes, you can still eat it as long as there are no other hints about it that is bad like bad smell or discoloration

Very small residues of blood and water remain in the meat until complete suspension. But a flesh man would never completely depend on meat.

This is quite, very shallow and light blood that was in the flesh and with the water went down.

Tilt out and is good.

Raw meat and fish should be eaten only until the minimum durability date.

You can recognize depraved meat but not from the emerging blood but rather from the smell

As long as you burn it well, nothing can happen. So do not make a medium fried burgers or minced meat rolls with it. Generally, you can also confide in your nose. Open the pack and smell it right away.

It’s normal the meat juice leaves, that’s nothing bad

When chopped always remember to fry thoroughly.

Good appetite

“When chopped always remember to fry thoroughly.”
Why?

Because Gehacktes has a huge attack area for bacteria.

Meat is susceptible to pathogens and should therefore always be thoroughly heated before consumption.

Please don’t go to the Billa but to your boss and say that you urgently need a refreshment of your hygiene.

He makes himself punishable flies your lack of knowledge once in a desire for

minced meat should be roasted for at least 68*C for at least 2 minutes.

Because of your large surface (Physik 5 Class) there is a good attack area for salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli bacterieb and these are only killed by heat.

The cooling chain and the minimum consumption date are to be observed.

If you want to eat zb Mett (which was not the case here) raw should be distorted within a few hours and the cooling chain should be continuous.

You don’t have a plan on what it is. Time again xDDDD

As they all think they’d be right just because they know the minced meat is dying faster. And you all think you’d have DESWEGEN law xD

And that’s why you’re all in no meat store.
Later Bock to come?

We go to Billa and buy Ranzfleisch xDDD With pathogens xDDD
It’s gonna be all right.

Thank you all for the magnificent laughter.

PS: Respects the cooling chain its sweetness :DDDDD

As an alleged butcher, the minced meat regulation should tell you what and you should have received a hygienic treatment at the Health Office, which must be renewed every two years.

So you should master the handling of minced meat and also understand why it is such a great danger of infection.

If you don’t, you should inform yourself urgently.

Probably as a widowed housewife at the food storage.

Seriously. Hacked: problemless raw to eat like any other meat.
If you say anything else, it’ll be thin for you on the ice.

Are you seriously claiming that the meat from the supermarket is untested and germinated?
You dare say that?

…. some years of experience as a housewife.

But… who am I, that I object to the expert?
… You’re like you, and you’re thinking about your tone, gelle?

What the… What are you talking about??
Do you have any idea what you’re talking about? xDDDD

FunnyFanny

Well, then you should know that very well… but we don’t talk about the “justly twisted” but packaged goods… and it’s not always much better in the meat counter.
Because “brain” surely kills all germs.
But no, you can eat it raw and live with the consequences.

Nalanus

Yeah, well, why do you have to blow it through? Why is this an automatic compulsion?
I learned meat.

Something new. Disease pathogens.

The “prone” is at least correct.
