Hacco refund not reaching me?
It hasn't arrived from the start. I have the same problem with another item, worth €54. Neither of them arrives. I just keep getting this text message. Yesterday it said it was canceled. Yesterday was also the last day, so the 4th, by which the refund should have been received at the latest.
I don't know what's wrong? I paid with Klarna using my bank account, and they say I'll refund it using the same method.
I just wrote to the seller but didn't get a response either. It says he only answers from 2am to 12pm.

The few advantages of shopping in non-European countries are sometimes bought with disadvantages.
What do you do if the shop does not answer and a refund does not come? You clear the problem with a call. The fact that the shop sits in a different time zone is one of the disadvantages.
