If you connect a Paypalaccount to a bank account, Paypal will transfer one or two cents to this account and then ask the code mentioned in the transfer purpose. If you don’t have your account connected to a Paypalaccount, you need to make sure that no stranger has access to your account statements or otherwise can view your account movements. Without the code, the account is connected to the Paypalaccount.
