Habt ihr während der Periode auch einen veränderten Geschmack?
Kennt ihr das? Während der Menstruation schmeckt Schokolade für mich ganz anders. Generell esse ich nie süße Lebensmittel, ich bin viel mehr der Salzig/Deftige Typ… Während meiner Periode schmeckt dann plötzlich jedes Stück Schokolade wie der Himmel persönlich. Welche Food-Cravings habt ihr während der Periode? Es erinnert mich regelrecht an Food-Cravings die Frauen während der Schwangerschaft berichten.
