Hello,

whether you can make a healthy pizza,

I doubt.

For the most important part is an oily sweetened tomato sauce.

Otherwise it doesn’t taste.

Well, you still have the oil dough.

Or you make a simple onion cake.

Then not too much salt in.

Without cream.

I’m going to make a pizza from dinkelteig. In the tomato sauce I do not give sugar or oil, and as a covering I only use fresh food. Tomato sauce with sugar tastes delicious. In my tomato sauce there is always much rosemary, basil and thyme, fresh and not dried. Dried is only the stone mushroom powder that I occasionally use, as well as dried mullets and paprika powder.

Yes more often, freshly made pizza just tastes better than frozen pizza.

Yes I simply have dinkelly flour, children tomato sauce (without sugar) on it and with vegetables, tomatoes. Paprika, Broccoli (boiled), cheese on top. 15 min in oven and ready.

That’s enough. Sometimes we order, but sometimes we also make ourselves and then with a lot of nice and dinkelteig and so

For pizza you can actually take any flour with a high adhesive content. For solid grain flour, only the amount of water must be adjusted. Also, the dough processing in whole grain flour is a bit more difficult and takes longer, otherwise the pizza becomes easy once too hard.

You can also make the soil from buckwheat – and even raw-client (google times, you will be amazed…)

I don’t know what you’re thinking. I know enough people who don’t like pizza.
