Habt ihr mal ein FSJ gemacht?
Oder hattet oder habt ihr das vor?
Falls ja, wo?
Ich wollte damals nach dem Abi ein FSJ machen, aber ich hab keine Ahnung, was ich genau vorhatte. Ich glaube irgendwas mit Kindern oder auch mit Tieren und dass Sri Lanka auf dem Plan stand. Dann wurde daraus aber doch nichts bzw. hab ich stattdessen dann später studiert.
Kennt sich jemand mit FSJ im Ausland aus? (Ausland, Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr) – gutefrage

I made an FSJ in a children’s place after the middle maturity.
At that time I didn’t know what I wanted to do and the hort was a few minutes away from my parents’ house.
It was a beautiful year and above all the seminars have made me a lot of fun.
I did not do anything at that time (Midreife 2007) but I took it into consideration in the case that nothing is at all (directly I did not do it, but I would have done it alone to escape stupid projects from the agency for work, which their participants also indirectly stamped it … who was at EQJ, USS, BFZ, etc., which was then quite no chance and was considered to be half-social)
I then found a job quite easily with a company that was rather “second row” and many don’t seem cool enough, but with good training and good instructors – then the theme was from the table. But after Abi, my then friend made an FSJ in a full-day school; she wanted to become a teacher anyway and this year quickly noticed that this is exactly her “thing”. So there can be a good orientation.
I did my FSJ in the hospital. Half a year in the emergency room and half a year on a station of internal medicine.
No, no interest, but my cousin practiced it in a senior and old nursing home.

had made one, was nix for me but also had an extremely boring operation, had made it in a disabled workshop and could only chew people what they do. then for a long time had always helped with what they did and then gave it to the chief I wasn’t in charge of it.
but the school I had was really chilly, although vocational school is already like a holiday, there was then another tick hornier. were allowed to run directly through the city on the first day and tell us how many shops had a barrier-free entry and that was then evaluated at the end. And I did military service, but I never wanted it. From the 9 months you can easily enter 8 tons! I’d rather study right away. I think about it. However, I do not want to miss 2-3 experiences. FSJ never came into question. I would probably make it from my view today after a passed abitur. Perhaps, but rather in such a kind of environmental project and definitely not in the nursing area.

a great experience and maturity process for young people . I have accompanied FSJ ler for many years.
Many good and motivated people who have become mature from this experience.
We were also grateful for their social commitment.

I didn’t do one. At my time, it wasn’t. It was still so that as a male citizen (Austria), you either had to make federal army or civilian service. The latter, however, by proving “several reasons that prevent it from being able to do service with a weapon” (something analogously, this has leached). That was too complicated for me to prove this before a communion, and so I let my father and a friend talk to the federal army. 2 years later, the compulsory military was not abolished, but it was also possible to become a civilian service. In Austria, there is still this kind of conscription.
Much more sensible than the army (except a few humanly good moments between the comrades, usually almost lost time) I would have found such a voluntary social year.
My daughter did this after the Matura (Abi). She was in Belgium for 1 year, in Genk, and worked there in a children’s place. It was also her first time away from home. She got to know interesting people there and we also visited them for a few days, and also looked at other things from Belgium. It was 2015.
I think you can learn a lot for life in such a year.
No plan for under minimum wages somewhere to make dirty work does not irritate me now.
