Lebensmittelvergiftung durch feuchte Lebensmittel?

Ich wollte Lebensmittel zwecks längerer Lagerung verpacken und vakuumieren. Jetzt habe ich auf einer Webseite gelesen, dass man eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen kann, wenn man zu feuchte Lebensmittel in sauerstoffverringernden Verpackungen lagert. Meine Frage ist: Stimmt das? So viel ich weiß, bekommt man eine Lebensmittelvergiftung durch Bakterien, Viren, Salmonellen…! Zu der Aussage gibt es keine Quellenangaben….

War zu Besuch bei meiner Mutter und ist was merkwürdiges passiert?

Habe meine Mutter und ihren Mann am Wochenende besucht. Wir haben Abends noch Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt und recht viel getrunken alle, war lustig. Everyone wants to save the climate and the environment. And then you buy individually packaged mini chocolates. And it comes to the fact that the original children’s bars are cheaper.

This is children’s chocolate in small with price hit. Decorative, but waste of money.

that is a marketing idea of the company to buy a standard product in new design, more expensive. because this minis is nix different than children’s bars, but to answer your question, no. I haven’t bought yet because I’d rather buy the big variants for less.
