  • Leitung lokaler Infrastrukturprojekte/Demands

  • Maybe because your profile doesn’t meet expectations (fitness of requirements). Call the companies, ask the head of the department (not the personnel officers) and ask for the reasons. You can’t do much wrong with that.
  • Maybe because your training doesn’t meet expectations (you might be looking for a university graduate)
  • Perhaps because the required professional experience (years, activities, companies) does not meet the requirements.

However, if you get 50 cancellations while IT lacks skilled workers, I suspect that it is not necessarily your skills, but something else:

  • Poor or incomplete application documents. This goes from typing errors, grammatics etc. to gaps in the CV, bad work certificates to a bad portrait photo
  • You do not address the shipment to that location, or not in the format required
  • You do not customize your application and resume for any potential employer
  • prejudice to persons of certain nationalities, etc. This is a reality. Sometimes the name alone can decide whether to get a job or not.

You can send me your application documents in anonymous form otherwise as a private message, then I can tell you if it could be on the documents. There are also companies specializing in analyzing application documents and certificates and making them fit for an application. It may make sense to use such a service. I think you should be there with between 50 and 150 euros.

This is not relevant in the back and front. If I’d look at your posts here in the forum, but I don’t have time and pleasure, I probably wouldn’t agree more about it.

Your previous activities have nothing to do with “Network Engineering“to do and therefore you get rejection on such places.

It’s a one-deit JEIN.
It always depends on what the corresponding job advertisement demands.
If you do not meet all requirements, always stress that you learn new quickly.

Just ask for the reason for rejection – it may have nothing to do with your knowledge.
For EDV-Jobs, an online application is already required.
You should let them look through some people with more experience. Even if you send folders.
Don’t try to conceal gaps, but get there.

Try your own application.

I have written 40 applications to companies in the area many years ago in a very rural area where I still live today (they were mostly larger companies at the time, the little ones had hardly any Internet and Google Maps hadn’t written it as yet) and received four invitations.
At three I could have started and I took the next one because I wanted to work with the bike. Although in the next winter (Bavarian winters are nothing for cyclists) has become a car out, I was with the company seven years!!
It is not said that you will find your dream job, but surely you will also find interesting alternatives.
I was looking for a job as a programmer at the time and then was a webmaster for seven years.
Do not want to miss the time!

Instead of properly educating yourself and taking care of your job, you write the entire internet full.
