Habe ich Herzprobleme?
Hallo Leute,
ich musste vorletzte Nacht in die Notaufnahme da ich wiederholt mit Herzrasen aufgewacht bin. Der Puls war eine Stunde über 140 und ging nicht runter. Der Arzt in der Notaufnahme hat ein EKG gemacht und Blut abgenommen – alles unauffällig. Kommenden Mittwoch habe ich einen Termin beim Kardiologen.
Seit heute Mittag habe ich des Öfteren ein kurzes rumpeln in der linken Brust, als würde das Herz „zittern“. Auch jetzt habe ich wieder ein ungutes Gefühl.
Ich habe wirklich große Angst das etwas passiert.. hätte der Arzt im Blut und EKG etwas gesehen wenn ich schwere Probleme am Herzen hätte ? Kann das ganze auch durch die Psyche ausgelöst werden ?
Ich bin auch extrem schlapp und müde. Wahrscheinlich weil ich seit Tagen nicht mehr schlafe…Leider ist der Arzttermin erst am Mittwoch.
Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme erlebt und kann ich etwas beruhigen ?

The high pulse probably comes from panic. A high pulse is not dangerous per se. It can hold your heart without problems, because it’s a normal pulse, just fast. It was not a heart rhythm disorder if you did an EKG in the hospital.
And this rumbling in my chest… it was exactly the same with me and there were muscles around the heart. They are tensed by your fear and then tremble sometimes and from the feeling it is the heart itself, but it is not.
