Do I have an eating disorder?

Hello,

I'm 15 years old, female, 1.67 meters tall, and currently weigh 54 kg. Two weeks ago, I weighed 64 kg. I stopped eating to lose weight. At first, I often had binge eating episodes where I ate large amounts without being able to stop. Afterwards, however, I would always vomit and feel bad and ashamed. Now I don't have binge eating episodes anymore, but I don't eat anything at all. My parents force me to eat, which then makes me vomit again. I also do a lot of sports, various exercises, and go jogging twice a day. Now I'm wondering if I have an eating disorder.

Best regards

Lina

Yeah, obviously. The fact that your eating behavior is not normal would have to be noticed by yourself.

And how much you harm your health, you can read on many different websites.

You should be in therapy.

Hey.

Please stop and look for help I think you really have an eating disorder.

If you’re not looking for help, it’s gonna get worse and that’s what I mean, my little brother had that too.

Please look for help 🙏

I wish you all the best and hope you will be better 🫂🍀

Most likely, yes. Otherwise, you don’t use the decrease because you’re seriously ill and, at worst, die sooner than you love.

That cannot be true at all.

You can’t take 10 kg in a week, that you can’t even do with a zero diet.

167 cm – 59 kg – normal weight

167 cm – 53 kg – Ideal weight

Your weight is perfect.

But if you stop eating and make a lot of sports that can work

Definitely, but you’ll know that yourself.

I’d keep running sports.

Better concentrate on taking food and let the doctor examine you, because it’s not normal that you have to surrender to food.
What you don’t dare, you’ll just leave in the future.

Maybe I’m a little naive about the subject, but bringing myself to pass is already a sign of eating disorder.

I think so because this is an unnatural behavior. So no other animal would spit out food again for aesthetic reasons or self-felt punishment.
It is not a behavior that is useful to good, healthy life.

That means I’m not a doctor, but from my point of view, you don’t need to analyze the weight or count calories to come to the conclusion that you have an eating disorder.
