Do I have a chance of getting something back there?

I own the first season of "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" on DVD, and it comes with a merchandise order form. This means you have to fill out the form and mail it to the address printed on it. Then you'll receive the desired merchandise and can pay for it. Now I'd like to order some of it, but the DVD is from 2003, and I can't find anything online about the company (identified as "Happy Fans GmbH" from Cologne). The phone number is unavailable either; a computerized voice tells me the call cannot be connected. I wanted to try sending the order form to the address. What are the chances that I'll receive a response or even a product?
