Habe ich ein ess Problem?

Also erstmal hallo, ich wollte immer etwas abnehmen und immer wenn ich dabei bin habe ich das Gefühl sobald ich etwas esse ich nehme nicht ab ich weiß wenn man abnehmen will ist es auch nicht gut gar nichts mehr zu essen oder jeglichen kcal aber irgendwie habe ich voll die Blockade in mir die mich nach dem Essen verzweifeln lässt und ich weiß einfach nicht mehr weiter hat jemand vielleicht Tipps wie ich das los werden ohne mich nach dem Essen schlecht zu fühlen? Danke im voraus.

You should change your thinking about food. It depends on eating WAS when you want to lose weight and not how much or when you eat.
