So if you drag a secret around with you, it’s no wonder you feel bad. Secrets make sick forever.
There is no reason not to talk about something that burdens you.
Nothing and nobody would stop me from it. There are also, fortunately, anonymous consultations (e.g. telephone care) where you can share your concerns and possibly develop solutions.
What you’re writing sounds very serious and I’d really feel much better if you get help.
Depressions come therefore that all aggressions you have are directed against yourself. That’s not healthy. There is no healthy distinction.
I hope you can get it out of this negative thinking about you.
Hello airpodsvondir,
even if you feel depressed over a longer period of time, it does not necessarily mean that you have already developed a depression! A depression is a multi-layered psychic disease which is not detectable by less symptoms. A diagnosis should primarily be provided by a doctor!
Sometimes it is quite easy to put on constant stress or various other living conditions that push down one and put it in a depressive mood. What can you do? Many make the mistake of keeping their problems for themselves. They either think that no one is interested in them anyway or it is embarrassing to talk about them.
And so, just that Talk with an understanding and compassionate person can be extremely helpful! Once you’ve managed to share with someone all that burdens you so much, it’s a great relief!
Have you ever addressed your parents? Parents are sometimes underestimated when it comes to dealing with crises of their children. You have a lot of life experience and may even know the feelings you have right now.
You may initially consider it difficult to impossible to talk to them about your problems. But if you notice that your parents understand you, it will surely be easier to open you. And once the ice is broken, it is no longer so hard to talk to them about your inner thoughts and feelings!
I don’t know how you stand, but if you believe in God, you might also help the following thought: God sees exactly what you have to fight, and you are not indifferent to him! You might think, how can you be sure? The Bible says, “You have seen my misery. You know my great grief” (Psalm 31:7).
But does God only watch if we suffer and do nothing? Certainly not. He assures those who turn to him in faith: “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be afraid, because I’m your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you. I will truly hold you with my right hand of justice” (Isaiah 41:10, NW 2013). Isn’t that a gripping thought?
I wish you will soon find a way out of the crisis and you can be happy again! And remember that people are there who can help and want you! So you’re not alone! All good and great strength!
LG Philipp

You could suffer from depression… I also had it and got it in a way by writing diary and I made a list of what would be missing if I were dead. Talking to friends and then crying out with them also helped me not look so often in the mirror and if then only short as I would otherwise have myself. I hope I could help you a little bit….
Good improvement
Thank you
