How long you can eat them raw, I don’t know. Cooked or roasted you can eat for a long time.

I had eggs in the refrigerator that had been running for a long time. I’ve been planning to throw them away for a long time. But you shouldn’t throw food away. So I stabbed the eggs, and I stabbed them in a bowl to see if they are still good. They looked normal and smelled normal. I made mirror eggs. They also tasted normal. They ran 4 months.

If it was so bad with the eggs, how much do I think I would have died twenty times on Salmonella.

I do a raw egg with salt and bread every few months. – Forty years without problems.

But I’m looking at the MHD. – If the MHD is over, I’ll cook the eggs for ten minutes before I eat them.

Hey, well, they should be good, so it’s called “minimum retention date”.

To make sure, you can smell of the beaten, raw eggs and if it doesn’t smell extremely noticeable, everything should be good:)

roast or cook, then you can always eat them, but rather not raw than Tiramisu or something.

There’s a date on it. The first ohje cool the other with cooling. Look there and when it’s over the date, then only helps smell when you open an egg

Put the eggs in a bowl of cold water. If one floats up, it’s not good anymore!

Put the eggs in a waterglass when they swim up, they are bad when they go down, they are good

Sorry, I’m sorry. If it stays down, it’s good when it swims up, it’s bad! I’d better get out!

On the other hand, a shoe gets out: when they swim they are bad. – But I think that’s a rumor:

Just because an egg has evaporated a lot of water and therefore floats, it is not equally bad.

Of course you can eat them. Not raw, but always cooked. Also beyond the MHD.

Make Frittata, an omelette, cook her, roast her, back what. Whatever, they are still suitable for everything.
