Das sieht auf dem bild auf wie eine Zecke.
Mein Hund hat seid 3 wochem ca auch so etwas am auge und kopf. Der tierarzt meinte das das überhaupt nix schlimmes ist und die haut nur iritiert ist . Ich würde abwarten. Wenn sie symptome zeigt dann ab zum arzt!
