Haare tun weh, wenn ich mit der Hand durch gehe?
Seit 2 Tagen tut meine Kopfhaut weh, besonders, wenn ich durch meine Haare gehe oder mit der Hand auf die Stellen drücke.
Vorletzte Nacht konnte ich kaum schlafen vor Schmerz.
Weiß Jemand woher das kommt? Ich benutze seit Monaten die selben Produkte (milde Shampoos). Ich trage täglich seit Monaten meine Haare locker zusammen mit einer Spange, da meine Haare von Blondierung beschädigt sind, aber die ist es definitiv nicht. Zudem bin ich seit Jahren Alkoholikerin, besonders die letzten drei Tage habe ich seeehr viel getrunken (im Verhältnis zu sonst), evtl. deswegen? Aber eigentlich bin ich sowas gewohnt. Ich habe vor ein paar Wochen die Pille abgesetzt, sind es evtl. die Hormone? Psychisch geht es mir gerade auch sehr viel schlechter.
Es kann ja so viele Faktoren haben, hat da Jemand eine Idee?

Reduce the alcohol and change the shampoo.A friend of mine also has problems with the pill but that of it hair hurts do I rather not think it is the nerves.
It’s gonna be okay. The alcohol is currently also less. I don’t know where that came from. I think less that the shampoo was fault, that’s very mild.
First, I recommend addressing the alcohol problem.
Alcohol is a depressant – means it can cause depression in higher doses.
This with the scalp could be related to wrong hair around a vertebral.
Maybe make it different or leave it open.
The alcohol started because of the depression and not the other way around. I can better bear life like that.
That can be good, in one place I have a vertebrae and there it hurts most. Thank you for your message:)
Nevertheless, I would let it be with alcohol or very strongly restrict it.
Search for a solution other than the alcohol.
I did. I had all the calming pills, which only helped one sort of thing I was very fast dependent on.
With sport, I can’t compensate for problems. The only thing that helps/helped was in the Alk.
I don’t know what cause it is.
But I’d try first if you don’t tie your hair together.
For example, I cannot tolerate it at all, as the scalp is pulled together in such a way that everything hurts me.
They’re not connected, they’re loosely clamped together. That’s why I don’t wear hair gums because I’ve got this and I’m sure that’s not the chip…but still love thanks for your answer 🙂
