Hello everyone, I really need help! I dusted off my PC, and now it won't turn on. Several red LEDs flash briefly, and as soon as the CPU LED flashes, the PC immediately shuts down again, and then does the exact same thing again. The CPU fan is installed exactly as before…what's wrong?
