Good website host?
Does anyone know a server hoster that has PHP, phpMyAdmin and MySQL pre-installed?

I would recommend you that IONOS is a company/daughter company (or whatever) of 1&1.
The Sizten in Germany and thus adhere to the GDPR, so do not have so many headaches with it.
However, AVV contract must be concluded when the website is public.
If you take a provider from abroad, see that it is based in the EU, otherwise it will be difficult for privacy.
preinstalled i do not recommend, noez is a good seller that have Vserver and webhostings
Why wouldn't you recommend pre-installed?
when you deploy yourself, you learn extremely much about hosting, routing ports etc. Skills that should have any web dev
