Hello, I have a question about my scooter. It's a Razory Smarties r11. When I start off, it pulls really hard. It takes about 20 seconds to get up to 50. Is that normal? And from 20 onwards, it takes a really long time. I tried adjusting it. It had 5.3 weights in it. I then tried 3.4, but nothing changed when driving.
