300€ is the minimum for which you just get such a laptop if you don’t need it or buy it from questionable dealers in China. At the absolute minimum of budget, you must also be satisfied with the lowermost drawer on laptop. Expectations of speed, performance, display quality, processing and longevity are not possible.
With a 300€ laptop, you have to be satisfied when it is switched on and you can use office programs and the Internet halfway.
