Gute Lebensmittel (Reine Haut und genug Proteine)?
hallo,
How about fish/meat, legumes, nuts and cereals?
There are also many plant protein sources and substitute products.
Otherwise you will find many lists of milk/lactose-free protein sources on the Internet. An example of this: https://www.prinz-sportlich.de/magazin/laktosefrees-protein/
What exactly is grain?
Thank you
I mean, for example, Amaranth, millet, oats, dinkel or quinoa, which all have a lot of protein and are well suited as breakfast. Amaranth has, for example, 15.8g protein per 100g.
Nuts? Oat flakes? Tempeh? … eggs, meat, fish….
Is there much more protein and good. For this, one does not have to take large milk products
If you eat meat and fish, then tuna from the can (i.e. cheap), chicken breast in all shapes (cuts, fried, etc.) or salmon would be an option. Otherwise I would recommend oat flakes, tofu, soy flakes (41g protein on 100g), all kinds of nuts and legumes.

With quinoa, buckwheat, hemp seeds, cia seeds, rice+beans, Pita + hummus. Peanut butter+Brot you get all essential amino acids
Thank you!
But peanut butter makes pimples and from the other things I have never heard, except for rice and be bored.. What are all these seeds and how do you eat them?
Googel easy
fermented whole grain rye/dincle flour… for fermentation I always use the yeasts that are already on the flour… 20g of my self-grown yeast I keep back and feed it in a ratio of 1:1 with water and even more flour… the remaining 100g I mix with 200g flour and 140g water and 10g almond and 50g of shredded linseed and let it stand until it has doubled… then it is baked…
I also like to eat peas and (Kidney) beans and rose cabbages… and nuts and kernels… and rice and oat flakes… and carrots and carrots… salads, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, … avocados… and fruit (no matter what)…
