I'm looking for a good GoPro that's also suitable for motorcycle riding. I already have a 128 GB 4K-capable SD card, so it could also be a 4K camera. My budget is around €300… Quality should be good, since I also want to use it to make TikTok or YouTube videos.

Current consensus of legal action seems to be up to date that the use of a camera in road traffic, which runs permanently, i.e. without authorisation, is prohibited because it constitutes a serious violation of data protection regulations, since there is a serious intervention in the right of the traffic participants concerned to self-determination.

In short: using GoPro is illegal.
So all the videos of all the yeutubern are illegally recorded? I can’t imagine that because in some videos they’ll be stopped and it’s not said by the camera…
Just go to the next guard and ask. It is best to let you confirm this in writing from the guard that they have nothing to do with it. Then you’d have something to show in every control. But I’d bet you’ll never get such a promise. 🤷
