Learn to live with your body.

Every person is born with other proportions, some also have it easier to have a beautiful skin, others heavier, …

Some can be influenced, for example by training, by shaping the muscles, then the same person looks a bit more radiant – until he overtrains and thus assumes unnatural forms.

With what you can’t influence, you have to live anyway – why not live happily with it.

For example, I was brutally untrained, just formless two years ago. I started doing sports at least three times a week a year ago and if it’s only half an hour of cycling. This changes a lot. Not necessarily my weight. I didn’t “take off” but the same mass has now adopted a more beautiful form. Of course I was also seen in the swimsuit out of shape. But anyone who has seen me swim more than once can see that the muscles come in more shape. If these people hadn’t seen me at the beginning, I can’t be proud of my previous training success. It’s nice, isn’t it?

If it’s about school swimming, a sore throat. But that only works once. You won’t always be able to push yourself first.

I know it’s hard. But just behave normally. Your body is just as he is.

And when it comes to a leisure activity, just say no I don’t want to go with it.
