Care level assessor?

My mother has applied for a care level

Now an assessor will soon come to her home to determine her level of care

She also has a certificate from her family doctor stating that she is unable to manage the household and is undergoing physiotherapy treatment

Can the assessor request this himself, from the medical records or the nursing care insurance? Isn't it already noted there that she is seeing a psychologist?

Whether she goes to the psychologist is not relevant for a care assessment. It is about what she can still do in the household and in body care and how good she is cognitively still on it.

No, the nursing fund and also the health insurance have no documents. If her husband can run the household, that’s good, that’s not a reason for a degree of care. And please, it’s called PSYCHOLOGICAL treatment. But wait for what the medical service says. In a marriage both have to get in the household, one time more than the other.

No, the doctor has the reports. Imagine the health insurance would have every individual report from each insured person from any doctor visit. That would be billions of documents. No, the KK has only the diagnosis of employees by the medical reports and when someone was in the hospital. But also only in the computer.
