Good for 11 years?
Hi,
Well, I sometimes draw out of boredom and I wondered if it's good for this age (11)
There are 2 pictures😅
Feel free to give tips and criticism😊

Hello, I painted this picture today… would you paint something else next to the tree, or leave it as it is? Thanks in advance! 😊
Heyy, My little brother has said he'd like to carve. However, our parents wouldn't allow it, so I'm looking for alternatives that aren't as dangerous in our parents' eyes. I considered working with linocut prints, as it's very similar to carving, but doesn't seem as dangerous. Our parents objected, however, by asking who would clean…
Can anyone recommend me good motifs of pointe shoes that are also easy to draw (please only pointe shoes and no body parts except legs), these can be from the Internet or made by yourself, If anyone else has nice pictures of plants etc. I would be happy to hear about them as I am…
I have my first teacher visit in three weeks and wanted to make tiger and giraffe masks with my children (4-5 years old). I then tried out the masks, as I had planned them, with another group of 4-5 year olds. I noticed that while they were able to color the masks orange and yellow…
What do you think of my picture (see below 👇)? Do you have any suggestions for improvement? Thanks in advance. 😉
Hello, I'm still a beginner in drawing, but I would like to draw cats, not only normal, realistic cats, but also cats that behave like humans. My inspiration would be the artist Louis Wain, who was quite good at drawing cats, so good that he could also draw the cats very, very abstractly, which is…
The face shows some potential, the other is more common.
The age does nothing about painting and drawing (it depends on some). But these are really beautiful pictures and you really did. Can’t everyone.
Be proud and keep doing this!
PS: Had to edit my comment because that somehow could not answer the question so well.
Mega nice.
You’ll even take care of something like light reflections on your lips and symmetry and that’s really good for you on the first picture.
The second thing I think you can do better, right? A beautiful sheet of paper, a little more time.
But keep going, you have talent
better than I did at that time— anyway.
If you don’t take courses, it won’t be…..In summer, you have potential, like many other children even at your age, who may have no further interest in it….
You just have to visit school exhibitions. Sometimes my ears shatter when I see what 9 – 14 years old young people bring. Or look at competitive drawings, but not only the winning pictures.. Sometime I can’t understand the embroidery – look at the other submitted.
Drawing is quite one of the few arts you can learn without course, you don’t need a course or expensive material, exercise and patience are the only one. And you shouldn’t compare with other comparisons, there are always people who paint better than you, but that has nothing to do with their own skills
That’s really nice!
