Günstiger Kredit für Dämmung und PV?
Hallo zusammen,
Unser 3-Familienhaus aus den 70ern steht mit Energie klasse C dank modernen Fenstern, gedämmten Dach und Solaranlage echt gut da. Heizung ist Gas aber auch erst 2 Jahre alt.
Da wir das Haus sehr gerne mal streichen lassen möchten war die Idee, das mit Dämmung zu kombinieren, wenn das Gerüst schon kommt. Wir möchten nun gerne die Fassade dämmen und evtl eine PV Anlage aufs Dach.
Die Zeiten der 0.6% Zinsen sind aber leider vorbei 🙁
Welche Möglichkeiten eines günstigen Kredit gibt es denn? Dank Mieteinnahmen haben wir monatlich Recht viel Einkommen, aber leider keine 80.000 Euro auf der Seite. Ich würde gerne ca 40.000 Euro günstig finanzieren. Verivox und Co listen mir nichts unter 5%.
Von der KfW ist für die Fassade leider nichts zu bekommen als Einzelmaßnahme.
Bin sehr dankbar für Ideen 🙂

First contact person is my long-term home bank on such cases. They usually offer a credit at good conditions. Otherwise you might try Smava I also think Santander Bank takes quite little interest

Are there any loans specifically for energy recovery?
State funding never makes sense for my terms (but is my personal opinion).
Look for an energy consultant who can make suggestions. Also mention that you do not want to use state funding.
I did. According to him, there’s nothing to do, façade doesn’t give a reasonable credit.
20% of the subsidy is in it, but the sum must be paid first.
Then inform yourself elsewhere.

You should just note, in case of grants, I don’t think you’ll have to take the right companies and swallow the money without the end, there are the 20% jerk off.
