Ethics. Veganism is not a diet.

“Veganism is a philosophy and way of life that –as far as possible and practically feasible– all forms ofExploitationandAtrocitiesto avoid animals for food, clothing or other purposes and to promote the development and use of animal-free alternatives to the advantage of animals, humans and the environment. In the diet, this means waiving all products wholly or partly derived from animals. ‘

– The Vegan Society

It’s plant-based. There are special reasons for this, health, environment etc.

For ethical reasons, because mass animal husbandry simply treats animals like dirt, and not as sentient beings.

That’s why I was vegan for five years. However, for health reasons it had to stop.

But you don’t have to support mass livestock.

I can’t say on a flat-rate basis. My brother’s been vegetarian for 10 years and he’s very good. When I stopped vegan, I ate very little meat and mostly vegetarian. However, some more frequent meat had to be added to my diet because it simply works better healthily. It seems different to everyone.

I’d rather eat meat because I can’t miss it

Since the animal suffering seems not to interest you (as you ask so, and that is the first thing that comes directly) perhaps the sick thought of the people.

It’s just the idea. Zb sausages. In principle, it is as if the animal was an infinitely rolling with hole in the middle (I’ll just put a photo in what I mean), which was arched from inside to outside. Who pleases to take an animal apart to put the stomach aside, just to fill the chopped animal in his own stomach? Sowf

If you don’t look at your diet, no

Probably because they are looking for no reason to not feed themselves vegan. And then somehow justify it. I don’t know a person who really doesn’t eat vegan for health reasons.

Because they might have underestimated it? I don’t know these people, nor do I know what they have for bodies and how they have nourished… the body and the health also belong to this

veganimus can only be logically justified by animal ethics.

but health and environmental protection can be beneficial

There is no rational reason for this. Veganism is an ethical, ecological and health dead end.
