Grow setup?

So now that it's legal in Germany, I want to start growing. I've acquired a lot of knowledge about the plant but unfortunately I have no idea about the equipment. I have a lot of capital for the project, so I've bought three Sanlight Evo 5 150 1.5 with the corresponding dimmer and cable and the Mars hydro 150x150x200 grow tent, but apart from that, almost nothing. How do I go about the incoming and outgoing air? I'd like to filter both to avoid pests and smells. What's the best thing to buy since I have a lot of capital? I'd like to have fans that can automatically maintain the perfect heat and humidity to provide the plant with optimal conditions. What else do I need to ensure that?
