Big trip planned for today. How much Tavor?

So my body prefers 3 mg of Tavor per day. To avoid withdrawal symptoms

If I get an anxiety attack, I also take 1 MG Tavor

So, now I have postponed ALL my doctor appointments to today

So I'm assuming that I won't be able to get by with the 1 MG Tavor tablet that I take in an emergency

But since my body has gotten used to the 3 mg, can I no longer count it as a real 3 mg of Tavor?

So that means that, in a sense, the body would only have 2 mg of Tavor in it instead of the 4 mg, right? So, that's the estimate? So, as an exception, could I take more today without anything bad happening?

The package insert already states that doses of 3 mg or more of Tavor can only be administered under hospital supervision. I'm barely feeling any effects from the 3 mg of Tavor. The insert also states that the maximum dose in the hospital, or indeed anywhere, is 7 mg.
