Where there is no plaintiff, there is no judge, and even if, at the first time, there is a maximum warning. No one has lust to publish his real name and address to Hinz and Kunz. There are imprint services, but they also cost money.

I think this applies only to register companies

The obligation to imprint applies to all websites that serve business purposes (commercially not necessarily commercial), all websites with which money is earned (e.g. through advertising), all websites on which telemedia is offered, which are usually offered for payment.

This includes all editorial texts such as blogs and the like, whether they are paid or not.

The obligation to imprint does not apply to websites that are exclusively used privately (personal or family purposes).
